Casual diving Cape Town » Nature dives
Nature scuba DivesA-frame is one of Cape Town's favourite shore scuba dives. It hosts a cave, and a couple of big rocks that we dive around, all covered with really colourful sea life. Be on the lookout for a big sponge, and lots of starfish.
Close to the penguin colony in Simonstown, you are sometimes greeted by these little guys on your way down to the dive site. We dive around some big rocks, that are painted with all kinds of colour as sea life grows and lives on them. Be on the lookout for Pajama sharks, and Nudibranchs!
Located on the Atlantic side of the peninsula, this site
is a must dive for every diver who loves colourful swim-throughs and tunnels. The sheer amount of colour that just seems to have exploded across these rocks is breathtaking, and you're transported into a fairytale world as the light simmers down to you in the kelp forests. A really beautiful dive.
