Type : This dive can be done as a shore dive and as a boat dive.

A truly unique experience as this is one of the few spots in the world where you can dive with cow sharks this shallow. Also known as 7-gilled sharks, these are probably the most primitive of all sharks – and only one of 2 shark species in the world that has 7 gills. Sizes range from about 1.4 metres to 4.8 metres.

They are very inquisitive and it has even happened on previous dives that they rubbed against divers while gliding by. These sharks are usually not aggressive towards divers, and are normally quite sluggish – but, as with all creatures in the ocean, should not be teased or provoked.

These cow sharks live in a kelp forrest, which can create quite amagical atmosphere as you dive along with these sharks.
